Kuntur Pena Show - Chivay

Unfortunately, our food was not great, we still ate it, but a lot of our food came cold so that we sent it back, It could have been because we were a very big group and it was a whole house this night. I ordered the Grilled Alpaca that was delicious. The show is the point of sale for this restaurant. We really enjoyed singing, band, dancing and display that was placed for us. The most entertaining part was that they pulled you into the dance floor to join them!

My father ordered the asparagus soup and it was distasteful, has a taste like water, we asked very nicely to replace the soup but they said no and was very rude, just because we are tourist and they think we are stupid, the main courses are ok, not more than that, dont get to this restaurant, the service is slow and the waitress are the worst, VERY EXPENSIVE AND THEY TRYING TO FOOL TOURIST

We visited this restaurant with my partner, we were the night in Chivay. Staff are friendly, meals average but meet expectations given low price for the three courses meal special. The musical performance was something, I really recommend it as a good experience to see the minute of Andean and Spanish music, the dancers were great. I don't think there are many outing options in Chivay, so this one on my list up!

We ate supper there in May 2018 and attended the dinner show. The Quinoa soup with vegetables was fantastic as was the Grilled alpaca main course. The show was entertaining and portrayed peruvian local dress and dance.

The food here was just about OK but the highlight was definitely the local musical group and dancing. Everyone participated in the group singing as well as the dancing. It was a really enjoyable evening.
