Bidrage med feedbackThis is a good restaurant, just after chitradurga towards davanagere. Cost is very reasonable and the taste of the food is very good. There are clean toilets (not modern but reasonably clean) for both men and women. The preparation is non oily and they make fresh food.
I had a delicious breakfast at this restaurant, where I tried the masala dosa, pesarottu, Mangalore buns, and jackfruit kesari baat. I used to struggle to find good food on NH4 near Chitradurga, but this place now fills that void. They use pure water and ghee, and it's clear that cleanliness is important to the owners. Would I return? Yes.
We were on our biking trip from Bengaluru to Goa and we had started early in the morning. Around breakfast time our hunger buds started troubling us and we started searching for a good place. But till Chitradurg we could not find any decent place , next to the highway and suddenly this board of "Mysore Café" pops up. Initially we were hesitant to take a halt here but we could not control our craving for the breakfast meal so we took a break. And after ordering some South Inidies , we were totally impressed with what ever we ate. Superb hot dishes were served immediately. The taste of all dishes was so perfect that we need not even add salt to them. This is a very neat and tidy place for families to take a break on their long journey towards Belgavi / Mumbai. They even have western and indian toilets which are kept neat and clean. So in all a very good experience and our best wishes to the management of the restaurant.
A very good place with a lot of history associated. Food is simple but tasty. The old world feel makes it a must visit Once.
The food here was excellent. The choice on the menu is optimal.. we had evening snacks. The masala Dosa, set Dosa and idli was good. Excellent taste and was like home food. No stomach burn or acidity.. better than a lot of restaurants in Bangalore..
