Starbucks - Chino

This store is normally clean but tonight there was paper on the inside floor and at the curb by the parking it has not been cleaned for awhile. It makes me not want to return to this location.

Always has my Nitro cold brew! Great place to gather with friends. Always a pleasant experience!

Really great cashier workers they make good drinks here too the place is roomy plenty of parking they keep the place nice and clean inside starbucks wonderful people who come here too starbucks i give it a 5

I didn't catch the older guys name with grey hair while I was waiting for my order he knew it was mine for the reason I was the only one in there and instead of giving me my order and then help out the maintenance guy after helping a customer that had been waiting for a order he holds my order in his hand and helps maintenance guy and when he puts it in the pick up area he had the nerve to(Whistle) that it's ready instead of just handing it to me smh CANT COMPLAIN WHEN SOME YOU GET RUDE CUSTOMERS WHEN YOU GUYS HAVE THAT ATTITUDE I used to feel bad for these customer workers but it's workers like this guy that give you guys a bad rep (next time let's video review this spot) .....

Not sure what problem with older silver hair man. I get your busy but i asked for a straw for a FRAP not something impossible and he pointed then grabbed the container realizing they were gone. Customer approaches to the register and he speaks! Can you believe that! Then proceed to put the straws. Not a word from the time I asked for a straw. Lol listen but know your busy and things can get hectic but no reason for not acknowledging... he had no problem chucking a laugh with the other 2 Batistas before I asked an imposing question. Also what 's the deal with holding the drinks hostage?!. Had two drinks the younger man puts one to the side then the older gentleman calls like 5 different names at once. I already had one drink from my mobile order but the other one was being investigated by TSA apparently?. Anyway I don 't ask for excellent service but at least say a word me my dude not hard to be nice but for the price we pay for these wonderful drinks we should get a of course or sure leave yo moody face at home please and thank you
