Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen - Chino

Drive thru wasn’t working so was told to come inside.. this was one day after trying to order chicken and being told I have to wait 20 min to get my order.. I left! and now today I’m waiting again.. this location is seriously horrible.. such a bad name for the company.. get it together Popeyes!

Only complaint is that they ran out of shrimp and it was only 1:30 pm on a Friday (no meat for Catholics).

The owner needs to get down here and take control of this hot mess. The restaurant is a mess, go ahead and fire all of the employees because they are all useless.

The food is good, especially the nuggets, but, in this location. The only thing they can control, which is the temperature, they missed. The shrimp and chicken strips were overcooked. The service was good, the poor people do what they can because they can't move much, but not excellent. They have 3 tables because they share the premises with a 7eleven. And yet they were messy and dirty. Atmosphere? Which? We already said it is limited.Parking: Better use the drive thru.Kid-friendliness: Not really, I went with my grandchildren and we had to almost tie them up due to the limited space and distractions of being in a 7eleven.Wheelchair accessibility: Difficult to accommodate a wheelchair, space is limited. G.A.D. I don't use one, but I imagine.

Extremely poor service. It takes more than 20 minutes to wait for a meal in a fast food restaurant. The employees are all chatting and no one is focusing on their work.
