Chuck E. Cheese's - Chino

We had a great birthday party experience today for my godson. very attentive party planner and great eating! it was our first visit to this place, because we used to walk into the diamond bar that closed. now chino is our new location to hang.

Top Notch Chuck. E Cheese experience. Chuck. E-cheese literally came out and played games with my son, and they improved the price. I wish I could give 10 stars. I love this place. Nice job Chuck E Cheese Thanks

I was really excited to celebrate my son's birthday here, it was the first time we wanted to celebrate it here, the first thing I noticed was that the band of the Animatronics was not there, it had a huge black tarp that covered it, so all our pictures have that and they didn't even notify us because our package was included a song from there, we added Goodie bags. We felt really abandoned and I was so angry, but we just left it that I wanted my son to have a good birthday. My husband told the manager and she gave us a discount, no excuse just said, okay this is your new sum. A discount doesn't fix her mistake. I'm just writing this review so I might be able to save others a bad time at Chucky cheese, all my family members noticed it was embarrassing. Better make Chucky cheese.

The salad bar was one of the best things, but they no longer have sunflower seeds and other toppings. Even the ranch tasted different.. No longer a fan of the salad bar

It took almost 45 minutes to be ready for the food order and when I asked after 20 minutes of waiting. I was just told that it would take a few more minutes because it was just started. I got no reason and no excuse for the delay. I have been working in hospitality for over 20 years, 10 as a restaurant manager, so I would have understood the situation, but the treatment I was given was not professional or service oriented in my opinion. I was also not satisfied with the process of leaving my comments on the company website.
