Bidrage med feedbackHave eaten subway all over the world and i can clearly say this was the “worst” experience ever. Sauces tasted weird. The guy didnt know how to wrap it. When i opened it everything fell apart. Ours was a takeout order and he just left our orderunhygienically open and when we got in he was serving someone else. Highly not recommended to have a subway from this place.
I had bought a gift card which gave me a receipt for a free 6-in sandwich that couldn't be used till the following week nobody has honored it and now the QR code on the receipt faded out from Heat
The employee seemed indifferent while assisting us but still fulfilled her duties. The menu had a limited selection, and when I inquired about it, the response was simply, “that is what we have.” I suspect supply chain issues might be the cause, but it's hard to say for sure based on that answer. The food was fresh, and the sandwiches were decent, yet the outdoor area was quite messy. There was a trash can near the front door that was overflowing, with people piling their trash on top. The wind scattered debris around the parking lot, with many items being Subway wrappers or cups. If this were my establishment, I would have felt embarrassed and would have sent someone out to clean it up. Unfortunately, we won’t be returning to this franchise.
I always use the app to place my order ahead of time for pickup, and it has been a seamless experience every time. By the time I arrive, my order is ready. When I get home, I double-check, and everything has been accurate so far.
We have several Subways in our area, but this one truly stands out. The service was excellent; the young lady who helped us had a fantastic personality and provided outstanding customer service. The sandwiches were delicious too.
