Jersey Mike's Subs - Chino Hills

The portion of meat they provide is quite stingy. For nearly $10 for a regular sandwich, you would expect a lot more. Other Jersey Mike's locations are much more generous. I wouldn't recommend this one!

While the restaurant is clean, the area behind the counter could use some attention. On a concerning note, we witnessed a young woman handling small white frozen pieces—perhaps bread—placing them on a baking sheet in the back. Unfortunately, the tray fell, spilling the product all over the dirty floor. She picked them up, placed them back on the baking sheet, and returned them to the oven, and this happened more than once. I almost grabbed my phone to capture the moment, but the cashier came to assist us. Honestly, we were shocked! What on earth is going on there? This experience has definitely given us pause, and we’ve decided to take a break from JM for a while.

Ordered the California club sub with no modifications via the delivery option in the app, which was executed by Door Dash. No avocado on my sandwich. First mistake I can recall from this location, I was charged the full amount for my sandwich, I?mdisappointed it didn?t have the avo.

The owner should be aware that the staff are not enforcing the mask policy. A young man entered without a mask, and the employees remained silent until I pointed it out, at which point an older woman also supported my concern. After both the woman and the young man left, the young employee made a phone call, and I believe she contacted the police, as an officer arrived right after I left the store. I am familiar with the mask regulations in San Bernardino County, and it's important for your employees to enforce these rules like other businesses do. Just a reminder, the virus is real and it hasn't disappeared.

This is the best sub shop in town! The staff is incredibly friendly, and the sandwiches are delicious and made with high-quality ingredients.
