Dvine Mediterranean Experience

I was at Lowe’s and wanted to a lunch. I came across Dvine and thought I’d try it. Omg! I ordered a wrap and it was delicious! I will definitely be back soon!

We really like this place! I had thr beef shishkabob, prepared exactly as I'd requested and is delicious. Husband had the lamb that he said melted in his mouth. They make a white garlic sauce that tastes great on everything! I want to try it with the fries. It's a casual dining atmosphere and the service is great. Headed there this weekend to try new dishes.

The food was fine, but the customer service was terrible. We ordered for pickup and they made multiple mistakes, including leaving out a full order and giving the incorrect sides. When we called after we arrived home they refused to just give us the credit, so we had to drive all the way back. At that point they were unapologetic and all they did to rectify their mistake was give us the entree they forgot to give us in the first place. They couldn't even give us the sides they missed because by this point they'd run out. The only reason we're not giving 1 star is that the food we did receive was decent. We won't be ordering from this restaurant again.
