Costco Food Court - Chino Hills

I called the staff at Rue to place an order for 2 Paprikaschoten, and the person I spoke to was quite rude. When we arrived to pick up our order, we went to the pick-up window, only to be told that we needed to wait in line, which ended up taking 15 minutes. What’s the point of calling ahead? When we finally got home, we discovered that instead of the pepper salad we ordered, we received the wrong pizzas.

You don't need a membership to use their pharmacy, but apparently you need one to grab a bite to eat while you wait. It's just frustrating! I've never been asked for my membership when ordering a drink or a slice of pizza at their food area before, but this location won't allow you to order even if you have your membership card with you. I think I'll skip this place in the future.

I experienced extremely rude customer service both over the phone and in person. The cashier seemed more interested in chatting with her friend than in taking my order.

A girl named Patricia was very rude taking my order. She rushed us and seemed to have a bad attitude. There was a different girl who helped me pay who was much nicer despite it being busy. I understand it?s busy and the need to get the line down, but there?s no need to be pushy and unkind. I won?t be returning to this food court.

One of the female employees who took my order at the food court did not have a decent attitude. Her tone was impatient and she did not give me any utensils or condiments until I asked. When I asked for utensils and condiments nicely, she threw them onto the counter and some fell on the ground. She did not apologize at all.
