Island Creamery - Chincoteague

Let me start by saying if the line looks long it moves quick and it?s worth the wait. We waited not even 10 minutes and the line was long lol. As soon as you walk inside it smells so GOOD!!! Fresh waffles!!! You definitely have to get a waffle cone. Enjoy

Wow!! Ice cream is amazing! Creamy and delicious. Lots of fun flavors. Definitely well made since we didn't feel awful after eating ???? We went each evening of our vacation! SO good. Definitely check it out. Oh, and extra parking across the street (easy to miss)

The ice cream was fantastic and they make their own waffle cones on site! There is a huge list of flavors as well. I think the line situation could be made a bit better as ordering takes place immediately upon entering and the ice cream varieties cannot be seen at this point. Customer service was abysmal as when we asked what certain flavors were like we just received blank stares or quick responses and there was nobody in line behind us so it wasn?t like we were holding

Clean and friendly. Long line out the door moved quickly. Could use an outdoor menu board because you are expected to order as soon as your make it inside the door. The ice cream was a bit icy for me, but tasty. Cool t-shirts. Plenty of comfortable outdoor and indoor seating.

Great selection of flavors, reasonable prices and good portions. Shakes, cones, cups...they've got plenty of options and plenty of flavors. They have the standards like chocolate and vanilla but also some fruity options like peach and key lime pie. Good sized seating area inside and there are a couple of seats outside. Plentybof parking too, if the spaces next to the building are full you can park across the street.
