My wife and I visited this great little cafe in the middle of December. The sandwiches were unbelievable and tasty. I had the egg salad sandwich on sourdough with the soup of the day, the soup was a potato and bacon and was very tasty as well. My wife had the tea for one, the accommodated her vegetarianism with a number of veggie sandwiches. Everything was served promptly and with enthusiasm. I would recommend people visiting this cafe.
Friendly service, delicious lunch. Enjoyed the ambience. Had the house blend tea which was perfect on a rainy day! Just super!
Spent a lovely afternoon with friends and my daughter at this small restaurant on Mill St.- it has become a tradition for us but, alas, no more. Love the surroundings, atmosphere, staff and treats but you can imagine our shock when it was time to leave. The new owner has raised the "tea for two" to $45!- an increase of almost $20. So sad to say goodbye but this is Chilliwack, not Vancouver and your new prices simply will not do.
Tiny tiny cafe with a really cute menu. Got a gf or a favourite aunt that wants to have tea or lunch served old school? This is the place.Their lunch specials are affordable and good value. Simple fare (soup, sandwiches, tea) served exactly right. Warning: Not open on Mondays (most of downtown Chilliwack is closed on Sundays and Mondays it seems).Recommended
