Bidrage med feedbackThe team has become rude ... the service is slow the restraint is constantly dirty ...I witnessed none washing hands after touching faces ... English is not welcomed ... food is not properly prepared or WRAPPED its always folded ? The staff is getting slower and why are they not hiring out born Canadians? Improper tools laughter of rude comments In There language direct at customers . This is unacceptable.. during busy hours they only have one till open ...often you are told they do not have the item you always have been getting for many years . General cleaning is ignored they are running fast food and polite services to hearing one second 10minutes of satnding in lineup ... not the right choice of words to hear and procceed to wait another five minutes very un organized and not fully trained ..they say they have experiencebut we as customers DO NOT SEE IT !!!!. ...I am so upset with lower and lickmen road tim Hortons locations and there staff .. . You all need to fix this .

This location involves the one at Sumas closer to Costco. No customer service. No acknowledgement, hands you wrong order. Never asks you if have points to collect or redeem. Today I stopped at Chilliwack Tim's on Yale road. Worst service. Again no greeting, asked her to warm up my order, had to be done twice. No thank you. I had to say see you again. Probably my first and last time at this location. Parking: Someone ok with parking. Not a huge lot..

Unsanitary conditions of the store, lots of garbage on the floor very disorganized, unclean washrooms no paper towel available. If i was a store manager/ supervisor here i would close it right away and ask all the crew to start cleaning Food: 2 Service: 1 Atmosphere: 1
