Frisch's Big Boy - Chillicothe

Big boy combo is a favorite of mine it never fails to hit the spot! This time the big boy sauce was a little lacking but, was amazing!!

Great service, great prices and a robust menu. the foods are also quite good.Small young for the food.

I often stop here when I'm in the city for lunch. It's really quick and easy to get in and find a place to sit and the wait time for the food is usually reasonable. Also, the food is about as expensive as any other fast food place despite having a serving staff. Basically, it's been exactly what I wanted/expected.

Waitres rude won't do anything no paper towels spoons forks won't be back at all this is very pour service. Was not offered any refills.all other tables got great service. Even the food was messed up wasn't what we ordered. I will never come back something needs done with this waitres.that was totally uncalled for ?.I've never in my life had bad service like that .everyone else's was nice there but that girl.so rude she walked over said here's ur bill an just walked off didn't ask if we needed anything at all.

BAD EXPERIENCE! Not with the food, but the manager. I ordered a Big Boy with no tartar sauce. They brought it with. (when we got the ticket, we could tell that the waitress had ordered it correctly . So the waitress took it back and brought another one. Upon biting into it I tasted tartar sauce; upon inspection I discovered it had merely been wiped off (What if I had an allergy to this stuff? . Told the waitress, she got he manager. Manager said it looked ok, but showed her the sauce. She took it off the bill, but her attitude, and the lack of apology, ruined the whole experience for us. I have had bad service in restaurants before, and have complained on RARE occasions. When a mistake is made, an apology can cover a lot of sins. But NO APOLOGY? No thanks. We won't be back.
