Chipotle Mexican Grill - Chillicothe

My first time trying the peach orange juice (so good! and a salad, and my only complaint is that the salad dressing leaked everywhere. The little salsa cups are not ideal for something as thin as vinaigrette, but the food itself is good.

Ordered chips and queso and the tacos with chicken sour cream corn salsa and cheese. Chips and queso were good but the chicken in my tacos was so burnt and disgusting i couldn't even eat it.

Bowl was not filled compared to how it usually is and some of the steak wasn't cooked fully

I actually feel a ripped off by chipotle. I paid for a full extra portion of chicken, which increases the charge by 4 dollars (I believe). I also paid for guacamole, which is an additional charge of 3 dollars (I think) my portion was very light and small for what I paid for. They didn't add lettuce like requested, nor did they add the fresh salsa. My fajita veggies were very light in serving as well. The sour cream was a huge amount. Each bite was like eating a spoonful of sour cream. You literally couldn't taste any other flavor. A massive let down to be honest. Oh you also have to pay for a tortilla on the side. I wouldn't leave a bad review, but this seems to be a reoccurring issue with chipotle. It feels like there is no quality control with them.

Food was good, if you like tomato salad. I ordered carnitas today, with extra carnitas. The extra carnitas cost about 5 dollars more on top of the already expensive bowl. I am doing low carb, so it's not like I can load up on rice or beans or other fillers. This burrito bowl did not have extra carnitas, I even called and asked to make sure they added that, because I ordered yesterday and it did not. The girl assured me they added extra. There was so little pork carnitas in my dish, that all you can taste was the tomatoes from the fresh tomato salsa. What little pork was in my food, was extremely fatty and had to be thrown out. I guess I'm no longer ordering here. One entree to have it delivered with the extra carnitas fee is over 20 dollars. It's not worth it. Chipotle is giving very small portions and charging expensive prices, uses rice and beans as fillers. I'll start making my own carnitas, they are actually very simple to make.
