Natch's - Childersburg

I ordered four meals from this restaurant: two buffalo chicken (5 piece dinner) with double fries, and two regular chicken (5 piece dinner) with double fries. When the dinners were delivered to my family, we were disappointed to find that there was only one serving of fries for each meal instead of the double fries that we had ordered. I paid nearly $50 for an incomplete order.

The barbecue at this restaurant is pretty good and the burgers are excellent. However, the service can be hit or miss. They offer a drive-through option, but I wouldn't suggest using it unless you have some time to spare, as the wait can be quite long.

I usually have no complaints, but this time was really disappointing. We ordered takeout and they have been out of the same item for over two weeks. They were also out of the side item we wanted and lids for cups, which was very inconvenient. The girl at the window was not very polite. To make matters worse, when we got home there were no napkins and silverware for our dinner plates.

Killer bbq.. Very friendly staff. Make you feel at home.. Love all the vegetables choices you get to choose from.. Very happy....

I went to this restaurant and ordered a smoked chicken sandwich, and it was terrible. The service was also terrible.
