Arlos - Chieveley

The service was very pleasant, and the restrooms were nearly spotless and well-maintained. Although the Burger King was busy, the staff managed to provide good service. The burgers were great as well. There are outdoor seating options, which was lovely, especially since we stopped here on our way to Wales. I would definitely stop here again if I were traveling to Wales in the future.

There’s a great variety of shops and restaurants for those on the go. The Burger King was quite busy, but the restrooms were clean, as were the seating areas. The staff was friendly, and there was plenty of parking available.

The restaurant has plenty of parking spaces and the restrooms are very clean and tidy. There's a small Costa inside, but it would be helpful if they made it clear in advance that they do not serve icy drinks (unlike the main Costa nearby). It can be frustrating to wait in a long line, only to find out after placing your order that they don't have what you want. Despite this, I would definitely use the services again!

Always busy and parking can be a bit of a nightmare. The services themselves can't be faulted the loos spot less. Pick fault here but could do with somewhere sign posted to walk to let the dogs do the required. Being really picky over all one of the best service stops in the uk
