Mcdonald's - Chicopee

If the Shake machine is not going to be repaired or replaced, it should be removed from the menu. It's difficult to determine when it was last functional, as it may have been seven years ago. Customers who enjoy shakes may be disappointed by the lack of availability.

I'm a truck driver, so I had to park at the truck stop over the road. I run by to try to eat something, but the doors were locked, so I asked if I could go through the drive thru. the first lady said I don't have to drive. I explained I'm a truck driver, but she doesn't have to do it with a posture. I asked two other women who came back in, and they called the same back. I explained again with a attitude that she rolled her eyes and said what you want. I never said I don't want anything now. there is no reason to have such a disgusting attitude. If you don't like your job, go somewhere else.

The best McDonald's around! Awesome staff. Btw. Terrible at the Page Blvd and even worse than that at Allen st McDonalds!!!!! No joke, the managers at Allen st didnt even speak our native language.... Wow.! No joke. Chickpea is the best McDonald's

Used the drive-through for a coffee on my way to work. Fast service and coffee made the way I asked.

This mcdonalds is like any mcdonalds. it's completely in order, and they get what they pay.
