Dunkin' - Chicopee

Great coffee, great breakfast menu. But since the donuts are now factory made and not in the restaurant. They are more hard and stale as the day goes on, Since they are shipped frozen and then thawed. You are better off getting freshed baked from astore bakery. Duck Donuts ot a Bakery. Fred the Baker is rolling in his grave.

If I could give NO STARS I WOULD!! This was the worst Dunkin I ever been to. My dad and I waited a few min before they took our order, then someone took our order then left!! She didn't even give our order to the other employees. We waited for 15/20 minbefore we even got our coffee. Every employee stared at us and didn't even help. Til one guy finally did!! Terrible service!

As a result, they tend to become hard and stale throughout the day since they are frozen and then thawed. You’re better off getting donuts from a local bakery. Duck Donuts lacks the quality of a true bakery. Fred the Baker would be turning in his grave!

I was in this Dunkin earlier I smelt some funky cheese and I forgot Amelia and Anthony were working so it was probably them!

Went there in a monday morning. The drive through line was to the street, and on the inside there was one person taking amd making orders. She seemed to be a new trainee, as she was overwhelmed and appeared to have had no training whatsoever.
