Dunkin' - Chicopee

Absolutely terrible service. not only are they ridiculously slow, they manage to screw up their order as they give them with a attitude. drove all those away to home before I realized that they had given me the wrong order (because I didn't check) just to return to a posture as if I had done something wrong and nothing extra. they go forward. the staff here is terrible.

I stop here every morning for the past 3years, it was awful slow and they'd seem to somehow get my order wrong. Since the makeover they seem to have a better flow.

Excellent service! Everything is served at just the right temperature—hot dishes are hot, and cold ones are cold—all presented with a smile and delightful bitters. The restaurant is impeccably clean and deserving of a tip. It's a fantastic way to kick off your day!
