Tacos Pepe - Chico

I've been here for over a year. People are a great cook. He makes his chickens Burritos and Tacos taste good, not Bland. The little burrito is huge, two meals for me. Good value for students in the area. Tuesday and Sunday Tacos are $1, incredible. It is 1 block from the train. So, when you get to Chico, pamper yourself with a family dinner. You feel like in Mexico. Viva!

Legit Street Tacos, like Hollywood and Downtown LA. If you don't like Pepes, you don't like Mexican food, either you know or not. Most Chico spots are pretty much Gringo style, with tepid salsa from a glass marked as HOT!!! It's not as bad as Seattle, but it's close. Except Pepes...

The food is amazing, so is the service and the environment! Prices are very affordable and you will definitely get your money worth! I love the fact that they are open so late on Friday and Saturday night!

Give my 4 star review regarding their Taco Tuesday. $1 a taco and they're delicious. El Pastor asada pollo (pollo better than most)

As far as mexican food standards go in chico this place is above average but in the real world, this place is average. Also, do not order the carnitas. The carnitas are bland and do not have much flavor.
