Burger King - Chico

Each time I visit this Burger King, it is always a negative experience. We wait a long time for stale food, and often we don't receive everything we paid for. I would rather drive across town than return to this subpar establishment. It's frustrating that after nearly 2 years of living in Chico, this restaurant is still consistently disappointing. The management needs to improve and ensure their employees are fulfilling their duties. Overall, it is a consistently disappointing experience.

I visited the restaurant last Friday and ordered French Toast Sticks with a small Frozen Coke. Unfortunately, the soda machine was not self-serve due to COVID restrictions. The location seemed a bit sketchy, and I hesitated when I saw an old woman crossing the street. However, after she left, I found that the BK Restaurant had comfortable chairs to sit in. I highly recommend the French Toast Sticks, they were delicious! Despite the location being questionable, the food was amazing and brought back nostalgic memories of my childhood visits to Burger King. I used to pretend Burger King was like the Krusty Krab from Spongebob, and the Whoppers were Krabby Patties. Good times!

The food was just okay, but I missed the mustard that I usually enjoy on my burgers. The portions at this location, especially the fries, are much smaller than other places on Nord Ave. The wait was extremely long - I waited over half an hour just to order, and then had to wait an additional 10 minutes for my food. The staff seemed unapologetic and disorganized, making mistakes with my order and showing little concern. Overall, my experience at this restaurant was disappointing and I would not recommend it. Be cautious when eating here.

Terrible!! The food is never warm enough (hamburgers, fries and onion rings) and at once instance the onion rings were burnt. I was warned about ordering from this location but I didn?t listen. I tried calling them to complain but there was always aproblem with the phone at their end. I hope the owner can do better.

Paid over sixteen bucks for two hamburgers and an order of onion rings . Asked for no cheese but got cheese and everything was cold which at least made it easier to take the cheese off . After a couple bites we were so disgusted we threw the rest in the garbage and headed to In out burger instead .
