East Coast - Chickasaw

Our experience with the food was disappointing. When I attempted to speak with the owner, she was very rude and even laughed at my disability. I ordered shrimp with vegetables; instead, I received shrimp with Chinese vegetables, and there were only three shrimp in the dish. The rice tasted stale, as if it had been microwaved after sitting for several days. I won't be ordering from them again! Service: Takeout Meal type: Dinner.

I specified my order clearly, and my receipt reflects that, yet when my food arrived, it had vegetables that I didn't request. When I raised the issue, the response I received was, “So what do you want me to do?” Are you serious? I've never had issues here before, but after today, I won't be returning or recommending this place to anyone. I'll be taking my money elsewhere.

This is by far my favorite place to grab takeout! It's a bit of a drive but completely worth it. Also, they package everything so well I've never had anything spill or be messy after the drive home. The food is always fresh and very consistent. The orders are ready at the time they give you and always correct. Highly recommend!
