Wendy's - Chicago

Seriously, the worst. I'm over 20 times here and it's never gonna be better. rudden workers, scream each other and customers, eat fry when they bag them. there were even fighting, physical between employees and customers.

Don’t place uber order here they will literally make you wait over an hour and not fulfill your order. This is the worst fast food restaurant in the area by far

I came to this restaurant Tuesday June 7th @11:50 Thur drive Thur the lady attitude was ridiculous then when I went in another young lady with tattoos up her neck was rude as well. This establishment really need to take customer service points from Wendy's on division and Ashland because they are excellent and very respectful. Not to mention professional

The $5 biggie bags are a quick and easy way 2 feed the kiddos. This wendy's put them all in separate bags, and you got 2 try the cherry ginger ale.....

I ordered a Classic Bacon Burger (single) but was given a double and charged for it, yet the person taking my order refused to correct the mistake. Additionally, my drink cup was cracked, and instead of replacing it, they just gave me another one on top. To make matters worse, the management seemed equally ineffective. This place really needs to make serious changes—everyone should be reevaluated, and I believe it would be best if the restaurant were closed down.
