Ukai Sushi - Chicago

This was my second time at Ukai and the sushi was just as good if not better! With so many rolls to choose from, there’s plenty of options for everyone here. For appetizers, we got the Crab Rangoon and Takoyaki. We love the crab rangoons here, and the Takoyaki was good too just not our personal favorite. For sushi rolls we got the Spider, Green Dragon, and Spicy Scallop. All three rolls were fresh, flavorful, and unique. Even the Spicy Scallop Roll, the most “basic” of the rolls, was delicious and the scallop was so soft. My favorite of the three was the Green Dragon. Besides the food, the inside of the restaurant is beautifully designed and welcoming. The staff are very friendly and quick. I would highly recommend Ukai for fresh and delicious sushi!

So yummy and great prices! The spicy crab roll and spicy crispy tuna rice was amazing!

Solid sushi at a very affordable price. BYOB, so its great for groups. Service can be a little slow sometimes, so don't go if you have a tight schedule.

As always, the food was FANTASTIC. Their gyoza was amazing and so was their chicken katsu curry ramen! Highly recommend trying both if you haven't before!!!

I had the best Mexican roll and best spicy scallion roll maybe ever. Great place, great vibes and great service. Played the jams the whole time as well
