Two Lights Seafood Oyster - Chicago

Great little restaurant with a lot of character, with a nice long bar and a large staff that matches the amount of seats in the restaurant, you can see them artfully crafting custom cocktails and prepping some delicious seafood. Service was great, never once did we feel rushed to order more or leave. Will be back again for dinner and drinks very soon!

I have been meaning to visit Two Lights and it was well worth it. Joey was terrific and his recommendations were spot on. Great food and cocktails. Our table had a couple different raw and grilled oysters, tuna tacos, fish sandwich and the street corn. Everything was delicious. Save room for the butter cake! Looking forward to our next visit.

First visit, made a reservation for Valentine’s Day. Didn’t realize we’d be seated at the bar, which while not necessarily a problem, put us front row of the action: the action being a very flustered and loud oyster shucker. It was hard to focus on conversation and relaxing and enjoying our meal with bits of shell flying all over the place and hectic exchanges behind the bar. That said, the food was good, and our server Nicole was nice, despite being her also being very busy. We’d try coming back again on a less high-stakes night like Valentine’s Day.
