The duck is totally delicious.Prepared to perfection. Gratifying in every sense. A must order at this gastro destination. If you like Italian beef a must order are the sliders.Yes that?s right Italian beef sliders appetizers.Absolute genius and second tonone. The romantic retro bar decor is warm,cozy and comfortable completely without pretentious. Impeccable service.Professionalwith just the perfect amount of friendliness. Incredible restaurant with beautiful atmosphere and food. The duck as you would hope was out of this world and honestly everything I ate and drank was perfect. So cool to see the cooks in the kitchen working and producing the incredible food weate. Such a cool restaurant I will definitely be back!

My volunteer partner at Open House Chicago 2022 spoke highly of Duck Inn. If you are looking for that place, look no further. I made a reservation for 2:30PM. On this day, parking around Duck Inn required patrons to read warning signs on trees and lightpoles. Yes, the Chicago Fire film crew was setting up for a scene on the bridge nearby. The inn is beautiful, and the naturallighting is a plus. I ordered the **** Mary, and my guest ordered The Batanga. His cocktail came with a knife. Ask your serverto share the story behind this drink. We started with the Duck Wings (Japanese bbq sauce), Duck Bacon, and a Buttermilk Biscuit.Do not let the texture of the biscuit throw you off. Even though it was crunchy on the outside, the biscuit was soft on theinside. The plates are shareable. I enjoyed the Duck Fat Dog (Chicago-style), and my guest ordered the Up 'N ' Over Burger. Thefood is delicious. The duck dog reminded me of deep-fried polish. Although I am not a fan of runny eggs, that burger wasexceptional. Of course, we ordered a side of fries. We stopped at the bar for $5 tequila shots on our way out of the restaurant.I will return to try the dinner menu and the Rotisserie Duck. By the way, do you have vinyl around your home? Bring an album ortwo, and listen to your music while you dine. I also want to see the Christmas decorations because the Halloween decorationsmade the place cozier. There is also an outdoor patio that I want to try in the summer. If you want a dining experience, make areservation at Duck Inn.

The Duck Inn was amazing. The food was delightful and the service was exceptional. I ordered the peaches and cream French toast and I was not disappointed. The sticky buns are also to die for.

My fiancé and I love going to this restaurant. We come here when celebrating an anniversary or have a random date night and get fantastic service. On this particular day, Bernard served us. He got to us after 15 minutes to get our drink order but wasvery unfriendly and bland. His personality with the tables around us was very kind and friendly. We got our drinks and finishedthem and waited a very long time before he came to get our app order and we ordered a second round of drinks. We tried to orderour main course but he said he would be back. We got our drinks and app and finished them and again waited a long time for himto come back. We ordered our food and not once did he check in on us. At this point seeing how extra friendly he was witheveryone and not us we got uncomfortable and just decided to pay and get dessert at the bar. The bartenders and bar back weregreat and treated us well. We still tipped Bernard 20% cause we?re in the industry but his service towards us was horrible.
