Bidrage med feedbackI love Tata's pizza. Their pizza has a lot of flavor and Holy Mozzarella!!! They are generous with the cheese. Great pizza and kind people
Literally the best most reasonable priced pizza around. The sauce is amazing. I don't usually like pizza sauce but theirs is so good. Customer service is really good too my order was ready right away and the lady that rang me up was so kind. She even gaveus a free pop. This is going to be our new go to for pizza. I highly recommend!
The most underrated pizza on the south side! This charming mom-and-pop shop, run by a small family, serves up excellent pan-style pizzas. It may not be as well-known as Milano's or Fox's, but it's definitely worth a visit.
My wife grew up in Mount Greenwood, and during our dating days, I frequently enjoyed TaTa’s whenever I visited her. For over 10 years, we have lived together in Lake and McHenry counties (currently in Johnsburg), and we regularly make trips to the south side to see friends and pick up pizza—usually stopping at Beggars or Fox's for my mother-in-law and TaTa’s for ourselves. So, if the food isn’t the problem, what is? The discrepancy in their operating hours is a significant concern. Their website lists one set of hours, but Google has an entirely different set, and so do Yelp, Facebook, and other sites where they appear. The hours they list never seem to match what’s actually available. On at least a dozen occasions, I’ve called when they’re supposed to be open (like 7 PM on a Saturday night) only to get their voicemail, which isn’t set up and is always full. They simply aren’t open at the hours they claim. Last night was particularly frustrating. Their website stated they were open until 9 PM, Google said 10 PM, and Facebook indicated 11 PM. I was planning to order pizza for 8 people, which would have been a substantial order. I called at 7:45 PM, but there was no answer. Since I was nearby at Pulaski and 109th, I decided to stop by. The building was locked up, dark, and clearly closed when all their information indicated they should be open. I drove nearly two hours from McHenry County to get their food and visit friends, only to find them closed. It was incredibly disappointing. I sincerely hope the owner reads this and realizes how much more successful their business could be with just a bit of consistency.
The best pizza on the Southside! The family that runs this place—father, daughter, son-in-law, and grandkids—are incredibly welcoming and always go the extra mile to make sure you have a great experience.
