Bidrage med feedbackThe ambiance is one of the best of any restaurant. The music selection was lively and the restaurant fun to look at in any direction. The staff was busy as it was a Saturday night during restaurant week yet our server was still attentive throughout the course of the meal. The tasting menu specifically for restaurant week was classic Latin fare in most regards with a few creative twists scattered throughout.
I was underwhelmed by the food but I did enjoy the ambiance and aesthetics. Went for restaurant week and got the duck marmalade without the cream because of my dairy allergy. They were out of desserts so I just received some fruit and I asked for sweet plantains. The food was just okay. We got the chips with guacamole and salsa. My friend got the avocado toast and she got the churro bites. Our waiter was very nice. The host was not so friendly.
Went for restaurant week lunch with a friend. We shared chips with guac and salsa, chilaquiles, avocado toast, and churros. The food taste was so delicious but came out cold due to slow service. Our server was awesome, but the food came out very slow. I hope to go back and give it another chance!
Kinda got ripped off by ordering the salsa and guac off the restaurant week menu because they gave us half as many chips just because we were sharing as couples. Also, we made a reservation for 1:15 and still had to wait 15 minutes to be seated. Finally, there was a photographer coming around to take pictures of us before our dirty dishes were cleared, and then she had the audacity to try to sell them to us for $20 each like we were at a theme park, which was extremely inappropriate.
Thankful restaurant introduced us to this spot! Drinks and brunch were delicious! Staff was amazing and the vibe is so upbeat, can’t wait to try dinner!
