Starbucks - Chicago

Super slow!! only taking one order at a time is just crazy. They also skimp out on you when you ask for extra on your drinks .

Worst Starbucks my wife and I have ever been to. 1st off the drive thru line was awful. We wanted to get coffee before a flight and didn't want to spend an arm and a leg at the airport on coffee so decided to stop. Bad idea get to the airport only to realize we spent 6 dollars on just steamed milk. No coffee whatsoever .so I called complained was told to ask for a supervisor when I wanted to come back. Will never go a Starbucks ever again and my kids will be brought up to make coffee at home! Try Gloria Jean's instead way better brew and kind staff

They are very busy locations, but they usually push through. Drinks are made correctly, and the service is friendly and welcoming.

I had a bad experience coming to this Cicero and Archer location in the pass. I live about 15 minutes away from this Starbucks. When I got home my family members told me they were not made correctly and tasted funny. I even called in ahead of time because I had a big order. When I arrived the barista named Ariel was rude and unprofessional. I spoke to her very calmly and informed her I was the one that called. Then she kept giving me bad attitude when handling my order. Once she gave me my order she rudely handed my drinks. I told her thank you and gave me a bad look. I felt disappointed with the service I received at this location. She needs to improve her attitude with paying customers. I hope corporate sees this review because its not acceptable.
