Starbucks - Chicago

On our way to the post office, my friend and I decided to quench our thirst with an Oleato. This was a mistake.My friend is VERY sensitive and this drink caused his stomach to hurt (for reference, he is very similar in demenaer and appearance to a greyhound). He was also lethargic and told me that he needed to sit down. I was so alarmed! I know that olive oil is good for skin and coat health, but this was just downright worrying.Do NOT, I repeat, do NOT let your greyhound-like companions anywhere near the Oleato.

They don’t take cash, but they didn’t tell us till we ordered.Cashier was very rude.Food: 1/5

I am a regular there and get my coffee when I go to work. The staff are amazing they are always under a lot of pressure when there is a crowd but they never have messed up my order. The food is good its just regular starbucks. It gets crowded as its on Michigan Ave. There is no seating inside there is a small seating outside.Food: 4/5

This is right on Michigan Ave near the bridge over the canal. There is no seating inside, but there are a few chairs available on the patio. It's a good place to stop by and grab a quick drink and/or snack while walking down the street. The Starbucks Reserve is within 5 minutes of walking on Michigan Ave (across the bridge, north of this Starbuck), so keep walking if you want to experience a more special kind of visit.

I visited this restaurant this afternoon to use my birthday reward. The service was mediocre. The staff could have been more focused on the customers and their orders instead of chatting with colleagues about other stores and work schedules. There is room for improvement, Starbucks. Just some feedback!! Food rating: 3 out of 5.
