Rudolph's - Chicago

I absolutely loved it! We hadn’t been feeling very festive, but this experience changed everything! The atmosphere was very comfortable regarding COVID, with people spaced out, all staff wearing masks, and patrons following safety precautions. I have no complaints, just a few observations: it was a bit odd that our server had to explain that the margarita was smaller than the other drinks—maybe they should keep the sizes consistent. The chicken tenders were a little tough, and the appetizers were served without plates. However, the nachos were fantastic! The chips had a really great flavor. We’ve been telling everyone about this bar, and we can’t wait to come back next year!

I absolutely loved it! The food was delicious, and the drinks were expertly crafted. Be sure to try the Grinch; you won't be disappointed!

We had a great experience overall, but we were surprised that our server, Peyton, required us to pay in cash upfront, which is quite unusual. My husband is a retired police officer, my friend is a retired principal, and I have just retired from county government, and we all live in downtown Chicago. It left us feeling singled out. While the drink was overpriced and weak, the food was the only highlight of our visit, and I still left an 18% tip. However, we won't be returning!

Milkshake machine was down.. so the kids couldn't order cool desserts.. Service was slow and the place wasn't busy.. ordered a drink and it was missing all the fancy things that were pictured..

My children and myself completely enjoyed ourselves and Rudolph’s Bar definitely got us in the holiday spirit. Staff was very professional and festive. Thank you for a great experience. Happy Holidays!!
