Bidrage med feedbackHad the original Tonkonsou ramen...great ramen, one of the best I ever had. The broth, the noodles, the spices, the pork...it was all perfect and tasty.Great appetizers and small plates to share. Loved the fried chicken buns!Friendly and efficient service!Food: 5/5
Great Service, Awesome Atmosphere! The food was pretty good, but the pork was a little thick. But they were pretty generous with the amount of pork given, and the overall portion size was good! We ordered a plate of Karaage, the Spicy Garlic Miso Ramen, Tonkotsu Ramen, and Sapporo Ramen, which were all overall pretty good!Food: 4/5
The best ramen in Chicago can be found here. I recently tried their cold noodle dipped ramen and it was an incredible experience. The umami and fresh ingredients create a sensory explosion in every bite. The noodles and broth are both expertly prepared and incredibly delicious. The attention to detail in every dish, from the specials to the cocktails, is evident. They have a great bar program and their standard dishes are even better. I highly recommend this restaurant.
Really good, Ramen. If you like spicy ramen, I recommend it here!! The egg noodles and the soup were great.Food: 5/5
While I'm not a huge fan of ramen, Ramen Wasabi offers a variety of non-ramen dishes alongside their ramen options. I tried their Shitake Mushroom slider, which was tasty but overshadowed by a large portion of slaw. The Tokyo Spicy Wing small plate was delicious and had a nice kick of spice. However, the Wagyu Beef Bowl Gyn Don was lacking in flavor and substance. I also enjoyed their take on an Old Fashioned cocktail. Overall, the experience was a bit of a mixed bag, as I didn't try their specialty ramen. The small interior fills up quickly, so arriving early is recommended to avoid waiting. Parking can be a challenge with limited street parking available.
