Qdoba Mexican Eats - Chicago

My friends and I went with big group (eight people). We were just chatting but didn?t realize that we were getting a little loud. However, the manager proceeded to rudely kick us out and refused to provide her name. I understand if we were given awarning and continued to be disrespectful but she erupted on us and demanded we leave. Horrible customer service and impatientmanager. A review has her picture up as well. My friends and I will never be coming back.

I was told by this ?manager? that I would not be provided service. She refused to give her name despite me asking for it. She refused to listen to my answer after I clearly told AND pointed out to her several times that I ONLY wanted the REGULAR drinkwith the ?Complete Your Meal? as shown here. Annoyingly she kept asking me ?regular or large? repeatedly until I lost patienceand walked out. She needs retraining on how to provide good customer service, part of which is listening, showing empathy andnot being combative.

Update my original review...still 5 stars! I've been coming to this place for years and I never had bad services. eating is always cooked properly and delicious, the employees are thoughtful and always work to ensure that their order is correct. if I had any problems (in the rule because the app is not up to stock) the management is up there! this is my access to the comfort food when I have a hard day, because I always go with a smile. they are always working to offer everyone who comes with the freshest, tasty food.

Actually, qdoba is always good, but I always arrange restaurants from there coworkers. these people were really nice or at least fake really good

Reliable quesadillas with delicious ingredients. And what other Mexican place offers smoked brisket? Yum!
