Well and disappointed caused they forget to put the biscuits on my order and I noticed it when I was far away from this place, so quit advise check the order before you leave the store.

Stopped here on Friday afternoon after we had had a horrible 2 hours of inching along on I90.Popeyes, sure lets grab a famous Chicken Sandwich. The restaurant was clean. The service was quick and friendly.Unfortunately, the famous Chicken Sandwich was not so great. The Bun was fine. There was the tiny smear of Mayo, which led to the entire thing being dry. But, the real let down was the Chicken Filet on the sandwich. It had obviously been cooked quite a while, as it was dry, hard and barely room temp.Popeyes Chicken Sandwich has reigned supreme in many Chicken Sandwich Wars in the past few years, but the offering from this location does not meet the company standards.

This restaurant has the worst customer service I've ever experienced. The staff is completely disorganized. I honestly don’t think they’ve ever gotten a takeout order right. Either something is missing, or they send the completely wrong order. And don’t even think about getting the right sauce with your meal; that’s just not going to happen. Yesterday, I opened the bag to check my order, and, of course, they hadn’t included my request for extra items. When the server returned with the wrong sauce, I asked if they ever got anything right, and she replied, “I don’t listen to your complaints!” They need to start by firing all the staff, and maybe I would consider coming back. I’m done.

This place is getting worse and worse! I ordered eating and some of the chicken is hot, I ordered maische I didn't get a spoon, I got cookies with my order, no honey in the bag as well as no hot sauce or napkins. it is ridiculous! bring it together or I go back to church’s chicken. I'm sorry to be mistreated and I know I'm a loyal customer. I also logged in to the popeyes app to get vouchers to save a few dollars and since their hours are listed as 10:00 clock and it was 10:30. I couldn't access the coupons I asked the hours, and they said they were closing at midnight.

For $8.50 u can get all of this! What a joke. Waited in line and this is what they had to offer as their new special.
