Dreadful customer service at this location. have my order twice in a visit incorrect, no apology for wasted time ( wait over 20 minutes). will not come back.

More often than not this place is okay, but I had such a negative experience today that I had to say something. The person working the register was obviously new, and had a manager sort of showing them the ropes. The manager was quite loud, at times a little rude, and when I asked for my mobile order I was dismissed to the side and had to wait 10 minutes for an order I COULD SEE BEHIND THEM, because they wouldn 't allow anyone else up to the front to help during the 'training '. Kinda put me off the place for a while.

The cashier was friendly, my chicken and biscuits were actually fresh, however the establishment was very messy. The garbage cans were literally over flowing with trash, all the napkin dispensers were empty, the station to fill your drinks was also dirty.

When we approached the register, we wanted to make sure everything was okay, and the employee greeted us with a smile and said, "Of course!" We were filled with excitement and gratitude. Although they were out of a few things we wanted due to the late hour (which was totally our fault for arriving so late), one of the staff members was kind enough to offer us a dish that was still available. The wait wasn't long, and everyone was incredibly nice. As my friend and I were the last to receive our food for the night, we turned to the manager and thanked her, then waved and thanked all the staff behind the counter. I couldn't tell if they were just relieved to finally close for the night or if they were genuinely friendly, but everyone kept smiling, waving, and wishing us a good night. My friend and I can’t stop talking about what a great experience it was and how wonderful the staff is. You all truly made our day!

I ordered the two-piece spicy breast wing meal with a cookie and the Cajun rice. Everything was fresh and delicious, and Yolanda provided excellent and speedy service. I'm visiting from Florida, but if I lived here, I would definitely return. Great job!
