Pizza Hut - Chicago

I came for the hot wings unfortunately the frite was not his best, but the management has refunded me within minutes and offered me a pizza. I forgot how delicious pizza hut is? my pizza was cooked to perfection? it was still a great experience thanks to the friendly staff tgif!

Expecting $20 MINIMUM from me for an online order is highway robbery when you're nearly doubling the price of the order from the extortion-rate delivery fees. You really mean to tell me I can't order a dinner box and a soda for the family because I'm not spending enough? Sad!

Pizza ? was not cooked fully, honestly the worst Pizza and chicken I have ever had. Usually they are pretty good but last night was horrible. Had to put it back in the oven and it was ???worst experience ever, so disappointed. It was for my pre birthday celebration and Pizza hut messed up. But I forgive them

Attempted to order a pizza from this place last week. Online ordering said delivery in 35 to 45 minutes. After about an hour and a half I tried to call to see if they where just running behind. Every time I called it rang about 5 times then went dead. Called Pizza hut main number which also tried to contact this location and no one picked up. After being transferred to a pizza hut hotline and waiting on hold for 20min all they said they can do is email the owners at the store and they would reply in 2 to 3 days to make things right. Low and behold, no one ever reached out to me, the pizza never got delivered, but they sure got the charge on the credit card right. STAY AWAY from this place!!!

Pizza was cold and they took almost 2 hours to deliver, the location is 5 min away from the delivery location and they pizza was toasted. Never ordering from here ever again.
