Pizza Art Cafe - Chicago

Great food AS ALWAYS. Only thing I would suggest is some cute lights in the patio since it gets a bit dark at night, but the food is always on point.Food: 5/5

We had to wait like 15 minutes after sitting down to just get water (after specifically asking for it twice). And likewise had to wait like 15 minutes for the check after asking for it twice, to the point where I had to walk to the front and ask the manager for it as well.It 's a cute place but the two waitresses seemed overwhelmed the whole time and the food was incredibly bland. The lasagna was just meat loaf with cheese sauce on top.They also brought out our appetizer after our entrees.

Pizza was good. nothing earth-shattering, but good. And the place is close-by. Service was dismal. I had to bus our table myself twice and it did not faze the owner who was talking to some other customers at the NEXT table! I asked for the check several times; asked for pepper flakes and was ignored. Got up again to snatch them from an empty table. C'mon, I'm not asking for white-glove service, just come out to the front and see if your tables need something!

This used to be my favorite Pizza place in Chicago. I eat the cheeseless pizza and they used to make it perfectly. The last few times it has been super bland and underwhelming with no seasoning/flavor. I hope this is a temporary problem because I truly used to rave about this place to everyoneFood: 2/5
