Very good, love the view looking right out to the Sears Tower and the coconut frozen drink was yummy, a nice place to sit and charge your phone and have a drink while waiting for your connecting train.

Customer service here is beyond top notch. Their coffee is phenomenal!

Staff was very engaging and beyond friendly. The coffee was different from SBUX but a reasonable substitute and a dollar less. I could probably tweak the drink and get it where I need it to go. Great service experience and a clear interest in my long-term business.
