Papa Johns Pizza - Chicago

My delivery took much longer than expected and the tracking option did not work properly. The delivery person was rude and called me to say he was already at my location, when in fact he was still on the road and I had to go out to meet him. After finally receiving my order, I found my pizza was thrown on its side with cheese and sauce everywhere, folded and squished. It seemed like the delivery person did not care about his job. I will never order from this restaurant again. I would rather pay a little more for better quality from Domino's.

Placed an order via the website and it was never delivered. Called many times to speak with a manger and was told to call back in two hours because they were busy. Incredible incompetence for a simple task.

Sad delivery service , this isn’t my first bad experience here and I know everyone there is doing their best, but my pizza came like it was dropped or thrown in the box

The employee refused to take my order, claiming she was too busy and had a disrespectful attitude. I feel sorry for the owner, as they are losing business by having her on staff. It was only 5:15 in the afternoon and she refused to make my order for a 10-inch pizza.

Terrible experience! I placed an order at 11 o'clock and it was cancelled without any notification. I called multiple times and couldn't reach a customer service representative. The manager needs to improve their communication. I even paid part of my order with credit card points, so now I have to go through a hassle to get a refund. This restaurant should be closed down and the manager should be let go!
