Monteverde - Chicago

Absolutely a MUST GO restaurant in Chicago!! We drove 6 hours to experience this amazing restaurant! Will be back ASAP!! Everything was spectacular! Shout outs to: Shelbie, Sous chef extraordinaire! Rob, the owner stopped by at least twice tocheck on our experience! Brett Pedro, superior wait staff?. So attentive!!

Fantastic dining experience. Great food with full of surprises. The fried squash blossom was amazing. The veggie in the Regu was a highlight. The meatballs was so tasty. The pastas were just authentic and on point. The long waited reservation did notdisappoint us.

My wife and I just visited for our anniversary. We were lucky enough to make a reservation last minute. We traveled all the way from Boston after seeing the restaurant in Netflix. We have been to many restaurants in New York, Boston, London, Washington,etc. This is by far one of the best! The food and the customer service is outstanding! The chef came to greet us personally andall the staff treated us like royalty. Do yourself self a favor and expirience this place. One of the most memorable experienceswe have enjoyed thus far in Chicago. Thank you Monteverde!???????? ????

This place is definitely worth it. We came here for my birthday and the food was amazing. The servers were very welcoming friendly and accommodating to any request. Definitely a special place to go for any occasion or just to treat yourself to somegreat Italian food. They had authentic Italian options as well as Italian-American entrees. Definitely will be coming again oneday!

This place is so special. I make reservations anytime we will be in the city. I make sure to look 30 days out because it fills up quickly and we never want to miss an opportunity to dine here. This was our 4th visit and it was just as amazing as priorvisits. Will be back again in September! There is such care in the service and execution of the dishes... thoughtful layers offlavor in each dish. A gem of a restaurant.
