Mcdonald's - Chicago

It's 5:30am. Lights are on. Workers are walking around. Hours say they are supposed to be open 24 hrs (drive-thru). But THEY NEVER ARE! The staff is incompetent, usually ignores customers, and their approach is very attitudenal. Made eye contact with a staff member, basically asking if they are open, he said NOTHING. He looked me in my eyes, said something to another staff member, and walked off. I promise I don't frequent this McDonalds because of the above reasons. I was STARVING and this was the closest best thing.

This is a wonderful and busy McDonald's. Even when there are many in line there are still seats as often as many online orders are filled here.Friendly staff and nice environment.

Food is never fresh, line always takes long, fries barely cooked and food is just thrown together and tastes like it's been sitting way too longFood: 1/5

These people slow can't even close a pop and the fries have no salt LOL and the spicy chicken sandwich ain't even spicy like yall slow or sum ??Food: 1/5
