Mastro's Steakhouse Chicago

Wonderful customer service! Food was great, desserts were pretty good. In my opinion, their biggest flaw was that it wasnt a very spacious nor was there anything really that stood out as far as decor/setup.

I ordered the bone in ribeye cooked Med. they brought it out well done. I sent it back and they brought another steak 🥠out to me med rare. I sent that back and they took the same steak put it back on the grill and bought it out well done again. At that point I was done. I will never be back

Eating was steak and apps and were amazing. the chicken stable is almost laughing. it's just a few tiny pieces of huh (wing, upper leg) on a plate without garnitur and zero taste. mac and cheese side was dry and cut. definitiw with steak and apps stick and they will be happy
