Lolas Coney Island - Chicago

The best Coney Island hot dogs in the Midwest—better than I expected! The chili cheese fries were absolutely amazing. Next time, I have to try the "dinge's gone." I will definitely be back on my next trip to Chicago. Many thanks to Lola's staff for a wonderful meal!

On the day of the event, they maintained constant communication, confirmed my order, and were very friendly. A few minutes after the surprise, they ran out to deliver the food! (Let’s be honest, surprise party timelines never go as planned). The highlight was when they handed over the food; they had thoughtfully included some Better Made chips, knowing it was a birthday celebration for a Detroit native. When I arrived, I discovered they had prepared two boxes full of a variety of delicious flavors. The food was a huge hit, turning many of our guests into coney dog enthusiasts, as many had never experienced authentic Detroit coneys before. The most rewarding part of the celebration was hearing my family members, all Detroit-born, rave about the authenticity of the coneys at this Detroit-themed birthday party. If anyone is from Detroit or has ever had a coney dog there, they must visit Lola's. Their food is outstanding. If you're ever hosting a party, I highly recommend Lola's. Their customer service was excellent and incredibly helpful as I discussed my budget and guest list with them. Everything was prepared perfectly and was a great success!

I had a great experience at the restaurant! The big burger was delicious, and the Chicago hot dog was amazing. The sides are also really good, especially the homemade sauces, which taste heavenly! I believe one of the sauces is called "Layola." The place itself is spacious, the staff are friendly, and it was very clean inside. I'll definitely return!

I have so much luck when I find this place. I have appeared so often and have always wondered how the burgers tasted. Today I tried a burger with fenced tweepers and pickel with aioli sauce. my gawd! my taste buds were everywhere. the woferrings were huge and crispy and I cut them with the thickest, sweetest oreoshake I had for a long time. I will visit again for the lobster.

Great coneys and onion rings. Highly recommend getting a shake too. Great place to get authentic style Detroit coneys.
