Little Caesars Pizza - Chicago

Very dissatisfied with my order. This took place in August via Door Dash. I ordered for very large thin crust pizza with peppers and pineapple. When the order finally arrived I know it was my order because hardly would anyone order this flavor. My pizza was extremely soggy and not one piece was crunchy for anyone of us at dinner table. It wasn't the very large size but a size smaller than what I ordered. I didn't call in to complain because I was running under time constraint. Yeah it was very soggy, it ruined the whole experience of being excited to get Hawaiian that time. So today we passed by Little Caesar's twice but we decided to go somewhere else because of that experience last month.

This place ALWAYS runs out of everything! I went a couple weeks ago at 4:45pm and they said they were not taking any more orders because they were out of ingredients to make more pizza. And they are supposed to be open until 8 or 9. I went another time after that, same thing. Like if you know how many pizzas you sell why don't you have more pizzas or ingredients or w.e. in stock and ready to go. Bad for business and bad for consumers as well. Now I've had to find another location even though this is the closest one to my house. SAD

No bad service was fast, but then again I called inwouldn not recommend too latebunch of crack heads from idepizza 10/10

Absolutely terrible experience on Saturday night (8-27-22) my man put an online order at 7:05 clock said it will be ready for picking up 7:27pm. my man went to the portal around 19:30 and it wasn't in the portal machine, so he asked the cashier and she said a few more minutes. at 8 o'clock I was wondering why my man takes so long, the cash kept saying that there are still a few minutes that we are asked and she gave me a huge attitude as I was the problem. our pizza should have been ready until 7:27. I asked for manager victor that he did not seem to care and told me a few minutes of this point I was angry at 8:15 victor gave me two pizzas so I went to the car, but checked it a pizza was totally wrong so I came back and the cash she rolled her eyes to the manager and loud shes said here again! manager came angry at me and asked what wrong I said the pizza is totally wrong he caught it went back to ame with the right pizza it is now 8:30 pm we our order at 7:05 we waited over an hour on cheap pizza this is not called for victor, the manager must be fired as does that cash tiara I think her name is terrible service never go back

Rude staff, pizza is always under or overcooked, and management makes zero to treat the vases that customers for money at the entrance. also the parking space is in repairs and often damaged vehicles in and out. seriously, they go to another place.
