Bidrage med feedbackGreat brunch spot. The owners are kind and the food was delicious! I highly recommend the La Celia dish. Looking forward to my next visit!
The murals on the walls were beautiful. The food is excellent. We had the croquettas, mango tamales, Cafe de la olla, maduros, yuca con mojo de ajo, chilaquiles con chorizo, and torta de ropa vieja The flavor of the croquettas was very good. They were not as crispy as I liked, but they were so good we gobbled them up. The Cafe de la olla was perfect, sweetened with piloncillo (but not too sweet). The mango tamales were just amazing. The combination of goat cheese, mango sauce, and mango bits just worked so well together. I can't say enough about that mango tamale. It was just wonderful every morsel. The ropa vieja was good. To me, it tasted like a much chewier barbacoa (when barbacoa is made in a sauce). The flavor was great, though. The yucca was kind of waxy and tough though, but the mojo was good. You can tell the Maduros were cooked at perfect ripeness, and they fried them just right. The taste and texture of the maduros was perfection. My husband had the Chilaquiles, and he prefers them crispier, but the combined flavors were excellent. He cleaned that plate. Everything here was seasoned great. Every flavor was a delight. The service was more than excellent. The man who took care of us was very attentive. I would definitely return to try more menu items (and get the mango tamales, cafe de la olla, maduros, and croquettas again and again). FYI, the hours are different than on Google. They open at 10am (at least on Saturdays).
The food and service were both amazing! Will definitely go back.
Went there for breakfast and I can’t wait to go back for dinner. The best chilaquiles I’ve had. The black beans and tostones are also perfectly seasoned. The decor is beautiful and our server was so welcoming. I also recommend the coffee! It has cinnamon and some sugar so you won’t miss the cream. Can’t wait to come back for dinner!
Everything was good. We went at 5pm so the place was empty. We had Jibarito, flan with coconut and cortadito (Cuban coffee style). Service was excellent.
