Kaiser Tiger - Chicago

Good food Great service kinda pricey for sandwiches though.

I love Kaiser Tiger! It's a great neighborhood spot with great food and service. Everyone is very accommodating and it has a great vibe. Love the outdoor beer garden.

Came here with a group of 8 friends before a concert. Kaiser Tiger offers a free shuttle to the United Center for games concerts, so that was convenient. They have a good selection of beers, wine, and cocktails. Sadly, the food took an hour to arrive. Our large soft pretzel arrived rock hard. Due to the long wait for our dinner, we were late to the concert. We ordered salads, bacon-wrapped dates, fries, wraps, and sandwiches, which were all fine. I suggest either arriving very early or just coming for drinks.

We made reservations got seated then about 30 mins into our dinner we were asked to move our table so that they could accommodate another party. We moved but then our service went down hill. We had to get up and ask for condiments once our food arrive. We ordered a drink and 25 mins went by, finally my husband got up and found our waiter and the waiter said he put the drink order in but guessed he'd have to go make it if we wanted it. WHAT?!? Needless to say we just asked for our check and left. Horrible experience.

This was the worst restaurant experience I have had in my entire life. We didn't really have a server. She thought someone else had the table, and would ask if we needed anything, then say she would send our server over, and no one would come. We had to go to the bar to get drinks and only got about half the food we ordered. I asked for a paper check so we could see what was on it, and it had about $200 worth of things we didn't order. The manager offered to get us a round of shots, as if that should make up for the terrible experience. This place doesn't care about its customers and I would recommend avoiding it at all costs.
