Jerk 48 - Chicago

Wasn't too thrilled about our 1st visit, but I will be back to try what wasn't available. It's a bit pricey for what we ordered, but the jerk spice was really good. The alfredo wasn't too bad, but the naan bread made it worth it. Did not like the sides that much. We did go closer to closing time, so that could be a factor.

The food was delicious. I had the jerk chicken pasta and I am a true fan of their restaurant. It was a good amount of sauce and meat. My husband had jerk wings he wasn't a huge fan but they were good. Their jerk sauce isn't good, it does have a kick to it but the consistency of it makes me think of apple sauce. Overall I would order from here again.

First time we came here and food was delicious . I be so nervous to try new jerk spots because not all of them be good but this one was great and it was spicy and very nicely portioned . Worth the trip

This place has some amazing jerk food and by far the best location for jerk food that I’ve been to in years. Also it’s nice that the owners are from the Caribbean and not bought out by others who lower the quality of the foods to substandard status. The only negative to this location is the size of the waiting area for your orders. They have the awesome issue of having so many customers due to their amazing dishes that the lines and waiting customers are usually outside the door on weekends so it’s highly recommended to order ahead through their app but you will still have to fight your way towards the front to claim your ready order before leaving. If they could expand to a larger space, that would be awesome!!!
