Insomnia Cookies - Chicago

Ordering of doordash or ubereats cannot remember which. insomnia called us to say they were from the ice that we order and asked for a replacement taste. we are also sent the wrong size. they sent a smaller size and the ice was ok. the cookies were average size not a decent size for the price. the cookies were not spectacular and I will not try again.

I give this place five stars because the quality of cookies is quite awesome. the price point is not bad for what they work in people there are kind. a great little place to stop before they go to my favorite coffee shop and bring them a little tasty with me.

All cookies are made with margarine rather butter to cut costs, even the brownies. I would never use margarine to bake cookies at home. Why would I pay a crazy high price to buy cookies made with margarine?

The cookies are delicious but the guy that was working that day either needs people courtesy training or be fired he's very rude

I wish I could say I love their cookies but over and over and over and over they take the order, we wait at home for more than two hours and THEN they cancel the order. This has happened at least 4 times. I keep trying again but it is ridiculous. All they would have to do is cancel the order quicker so I had other options but they are not organized enough for that l supposed.Don’t wast your time. Get another desert. As a business they are horrible.
