He quickly corrected a mistake in my order and ensured that my corrected order was delivered warm and fresh. I have never experienced such top-notch customer service before. Insomnia Cookies offers freshly baked cookies served with ice cream made in-house. The cookies are irresistible and the ice cream flavors are delicious. They have options to satisfy any sweet tooth. You can enjoy a scoop of ice cream and a cookie for just $4.50. The staff at the Hyde Park location are exceptional.

The staff at this restaurant used to be friendly and the local cookies were excellent a year ago. However, now they are terrible and seem to have a different recipe. They have gone from being soft and flavorful to hard and crispy. Please go back to the original recipe.
