Highway House - Chicago

I absolutely loved it! The food was delicious, and the staff was polite, friendly, and welcoming. The owner was fantastic as well! I'm so glad we chose this restaurant, and we will definitely be back. Food rating: 5/5.

This is a lovely spot with a charming outdoor café that's a bit tucked away. I tried the chicken wrap, and it was absolutely delicious. The service was great, and the prices are very reasonable. It's definitely one of our favorite local places. Even if you don't live nearby, it's worth the drive. Give the Highway House a try—I'll be back for sure! Food: 5/5

My in-laws visit this restaurant frequently and always speak highly of the food and service. Last night, we finally joined them for dinner, and it was fantastic! I ordered a slider and a serving of chicken wings, and I can confidently say that the wings were among the best I've ever tasted. My husband loved his burger just as much. We will definitely be returning! Food: 5/5

What a fantastic little local place! The homemade mushroom soup was to die for! Homemade pita chips with the meat and cheese plate and homemade tortilla chips with the salmon tacos. Beautiful patio dining in a quiet little neighborhood.

The owner was lovely and beverages were excellent. Pet friendly patio. Happy to have found this hidden gem in Jefferson Park.
